Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all information related to the project confidential. This includes, but is not limited to, project plans, reports, documents, and any other proprietary information.

Intellectual Property

• • Ownership: All deliverables produced by 18 Infratech remain the property of 18 Infratech until full payment has been received. Upon full payment, the deliverables become the property of the Client.
  • Use of Deliverables: The Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables for the intended purpose outlined in the project proposal or agreement.

Liability

• • Limitation of Liability: 18 Infratech will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.
  • Site and Client Mishaps: 18 Infratech will not be liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages occurring on the client’s site or as a result of the client’s actions. The Client is responsible for ensuring a safe working environment and for addressing any incidents that occur on their premises.
  • Indemnification: The Client agrees to indemnify and hold 18 Infratech harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from the Client’s use of our services.

Termination

• • Termination by Client: The Client may terminate the project at any time by providing written notice to 18 Infratech. The Client will be responsible for payment for all services rendered up to the date of termination.
  • Termination by 18 Infratech: 18 Infratech reserves the right to terminate the project if the Client fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions or any other agreements related to the project.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts.

Amendments

18 Infratech reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will become effective immediately upon posting.
