CEO & CO-FOUNDER

Mr. Shivam Kaushik, the visionary leader of 18 Infratech, brings a unique blend of architectural expertise and innovative leadership to the forefront of the AEC industry.

A council-registered architect, he achieved state rank 1st in JEE Mains B.Arch 2011, a prestigious national entrance exam for architecture universities. He graduated from the School of Planning and Architecture, Delhi, in 2016. His extensive experience spans multiple architectural, construction, and interior design projects, both national and international.

Under his dynamic leadership, 18 Infratech has experienced rapid growth while maintaining strong relationships with clients. As one of the fastest-growing BIM and documentation service companies in India, 18 Infratech now boasts over 50 recurring clients worldwide. His strategic vision and commitment to excellence have positioned 18 Infratech as a trusted name in AEC industry.

Aakanksha Vats
CTO & CO-FOUNDER

Mrs. Aakanksha Vats, Chief Technical Officer at 18 Infratech, excels in blending technical expertise with visionary leadership in the AEC sector.

Graduating from Vastu kala College of Architecture in 2009, she is a council-registered architect with extensive experience in BIM service industry and AEC documentation.

Throughout her career, she has been integral to the development of various mega structure projects, spanning diverse sectors such as hospitality, where she has worked on luxury hotels and resorts, to urban design, contributing to the planning and execution of large-scale urban development initiatives. Her involvement in these high-profile projects underscores her versatile expertise and commitment to excellence.
